Return Policy and Exchange Policy

We strive to provide our customers with an easy and convenient shopping experience, and we hope you enjoy everything our website has to offer. 

Wsmi guarantees its customers complete satisfaction with its products. In case the customer is not satisfied, he has the right to exchange or return.

Return and exchange terms: 

1- The customer has the right to request a return or exchange of our products within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt, in order to protect the safety of your children. 

2- The product must be in the same condition as received and packaged.

3- Products cannot be returned or exchanged after opening the outer packaging.

4- The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replaced product from the shipping company.

5- A fee of 25 AED is charged inside Dubai and 35 AED outside Dubai.

6- If the delivery was free because the customer’s order exceeded the free delivery limit and the total of his order after modification became under the free delivery limit, he will pay the delivery amount.

10- In the event of a full return of the order, the return fees and previous shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

We will send you a shipping bill and then hand over your product to the shipping company.  

The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days after ensuring the safety of the product.

Replacement mechanism:

We will send you a policy number and then hand over your product to the shipping company.

The replacement product will be sent after we receive the replaced product from the shipping company and verify the product's safety.

Edit Policy:

In the event of an error in implementing the customer’s order, the customer has the right to request a modification to the product within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product. 

The customer can modify or cancel the order if the order status is new. If it is otherwise (ready/being delivered), this is not possible. He can replace or return the product according to the terms of replacement and return. 

Not receiving the order: 

Wsmi guarantees that the products will reach you as quickly as possible. However, if the customer does not wish to receive the order or does not respond to the shipping companies, he will bear the cost of returning the order, which is 25 AED inside Dubai and 35 AED outside Dubai.
